This Terms of Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) governs your use of the website getprintx.com (the “Website”) and the products offered for purchase by GetPrintX (“Business Name”) on this Website. By accessing or purchasing products from this Website, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, which includes the policies and guidelines referenced below. GetPrintX reserves the right to modify or revise the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time by posting changes or a revised Agreement on the Website. Any changes or revisions will be indicated with the date of the last revision at the top of this Agreement. Once posted, the revised Agreement will be effective immediately. Your continued use of the Website after any changes or revisions will signify your acceptance of those changes. We encourage you to review this Agreement each time you visit the Website to ensure that you understand the terms and conditions. This Agreement does not modify any other written agreements you may have with GetPrintX for other products or services. If you do not agree to this Agreement (including referenced policies or guidelines), please cease using the Website.

PRODUCTS

Offer Terms. The Website provides the opportunity to purchase various products (the “Products”). When you place an order for Products on this Website, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms stated in this Agreement.

Website

Intellectual Property; Third-Party Links. In addition to offering Products, the GetPrintX website also provides information and marketing materials. The website offers direct and indirect links to third-party websites, providing information about print-on-demand, drop shipping, and eCommerce. GetPrintX may not create all the information available on the website; instead, it often gathers information from various sources. Any content created by GetPrintX is protected by intellectual property laws of India, foreign nations, and international bodies. Unauthorized use of the content may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. Your use of the content on the GetPrintX website is limited to personal, noncommercial purposes. The inclusion of third-party links is solely for convenience, and GetPrintX does not endorse the content of any third-party websites. GetPrintX holds no responsibility for the content of or any damage resulting from accessing or relying on these third-party websites. If you choose to access third-party websites through provided links, you do so at your own risk.

Use of Website

GetPrintX is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the website by any individual. Users of the website are prohibited from using it for illegal purposes. By accessing and using the website, you agree to

(1) comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations, including intellectual property laws,

(2) refrain from interfering with or disrupting the use and enjoyment of the website by other users,

(3) not resell any material found on the website,

(4) not engage in the transmission of unsolicited communications such as spam, chain letters, or junk mail, and

(5) not engage in defamatory, harassing, abusive, or disruptive behavior towards other users of the website.

Design Guideline

Designs should have a minimum resolution of 150 DPI (dots per inch).

For t-shirt designs, the files should be in .png format. However, for mobile cases, both .png and .jpeg formats are accepted.

If there are issues with the design, such as low resolution or a design with a background, the order will be put on hold, and it will take an additional 2-3 days to process the order.

Please note that we are not responsible for any print quality issues that may arise due to the design provided.

It is preferred that designs are in RGB color mode, as it is best suited for digital work.

RESTRICTIONS ON LIABILITY

GetPrintX’s entire liability, and your exclusive remedy, whether in law, equity, or otherwise, regarding the website content and products or any breach of this agreement, is solely limited to the amount you paid (excluding shipping and handling fees) for the products purchased through the website.

GetPrintX will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from this agreement or the products in any way. This includes, but is not limited to, damages resulting from:

  1. The use or inability to use the website content or products.
  2. The cost of obtaining substitute products or content.
  3. Any products purchased, obtained, or transactions entered into through the website.
  4. Any alleged lost profits.

This limitation of liability applies to the fullest extent permitted by law, and in jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability is not allowed, GetPrintX’s liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Acknowledgment Of Binding

General

For any delay, interruption, or cessation in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement brought on by events beyond its control, such as but not limited to earthquakes, floods, fires, storms, natural disasters, acts of God, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labor strikes, lockouts, or boycotts, GetPrintX shall not be deemed in default or held liable.

Stopping Operations:   GetPrintX retains the right to stop operating the website and the shipment of goods at any time, for any reason, and without prior warning.

Complete Agreement. Any past agreements pertaining to the subject matter hereof are superseded by this Agreement, which serves as the complete agreement between you and GetPrintX.

Impact of the waiver. Any right or condition of this Agreement that GetPrintX does not execute or enforce in full shall not be deemed to be waived by GetPrintX. The parties agree that the court should make an effort to give effect to the parties’ intentions as expressed in the provision if any provision of this Agreement is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, and the other terms of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

Termination

 If GetPrintX reasonably believes, in its sole discretion, that you have violated any terms and conditions of this Agreement, GetPrintX retains the right to cancel your access to the website. You won’t be able to access the website after termination, and GetPrintX may, in its sole discretion, cancel any pending orders without giving you prior notice. GetPrintX is free to take whatever steps are required to stop unauthorized access to the website in the case of termination. Until and unless GetPrintX chooses to terminate it in its sole discretion and without giving you prior notice, this Agreement will continue in force.

Domestic Use

GetPrintX makes no representation that the website or products are appropriate or available for use outside of India. Users accessing the website from outside India do so at their own risk and are responsible for complying with applicable local laws.

You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement by using this website or placing an order for goods from it.

Terms And Condition

Design Guideline

Returns and Exchange

  • Reshipping and handling charges are applicable for all RTO order(order status - RTO received
  • For any kind of defect in product immidiate exchange is provided from our side.
  • We keep all RTO orders for 45 days, after that these RTO orders are either donated or Reshipped to your address
  • RTO orders with multiple products needs to be shipped in the same bundle. We wont be able to ship them individually.
  • All products exchange cost will be debited from your account. New order placement is required.
  • Tolerance Level in Getprintx Garments
  • Measurement of Getprintx garments has +/- 0.5-inch tolerance in nature and it is accepted level.
  • Getprintx cotton by nature will always shrink in the first wash, Internationally the acceptable level of shrinkage is not beyond 1-2%
  • 5% (+) or (-) GSM of the fabric tolerance is accepted level.

Shipping Terms

  • All orders are shipped on priority(48-72 hours). But if you still need an urgent shipping you can use Rush Shipping service.
  • Tshirts once printed can not be cancelled.
  • If there is any issue with the order. Order status will be changed to On-Hold, You can get in touch with us via Support ticket system
  • For any kind of delay or issues you can create a ticket against the same order, via support ticket system
  • Any kind of Shipment RTO (Customer refuses, missing shipping information ) Dropshipping merchant will be charged the RTO . Getprintx is not responsible for RTO,However, we assure we will take our best of efforts to get all orders delivered.
  • Getprintx allows you to have your own courier account and upload the shipment labels while placing the orders.
  • We offer Prepaid and COD order both, depends on shipping providers. COD remittance in wallet on the date of delivery (It will be transferable to the bank account in 4-5 business working days only in one single click).
  • Shipping priority is decided by us right now

Payment Terms

  • COD remittances take approximately 5 to 6 days to arrive in our bank accounts from the courier companies and are transferred to your account on every Friday after we receive it.
  • We accepts payment online or via UPI (Recharge wallet option available.
  • If you place any COD order as prepaid, We wont be able to modify the payment method at the time of delivery
  • If there is any modification of shipping address, Delivery companies charges Rs 50-100 for shipping details modification, to be debited by your account
  • We email GST invoices to you first week of the succeeding month, Any correction required please email us back in 3 days.(GST and Bank Deatils information need to be updated on my account section )
  • Getprintx offers both prepaid and Cash on Delivery courier services to all pin codes in India. Charges for remote areas which can be served only through India Post will be higher and will be deducted accordingly.
