2. How It Works

Order Placement & Processing

When customers purchase from your store (Shopify/WooCommerce/Marketplace/etc.), orders sync instantly with GetPrintX via our integration structure. Our system automatically groups orders by product type/size for bulk production and applies your custom branding (neck labels, hang tags, thank you note).

*All additional branding requests related to packaging are subject to extra charges and must be shipped to the Nagpur warehouse.

Production & Quality Control

Orders enter production and dispatch phase within 2 business days of receiving them. Our Nagpur facility handles screen printing and/or DTF for apparel; does 20% random quality checks per batch of apparel and begins with branded packaging assembly.

Dispatch & Tracking Information

Bulk shipments dispatch within 48 hours of order confirmation and you receive timely updates. GetPrintX provides clarity with consolidated tracking numbers (per shipment batch) and automated tracking emails and text alerts. Your Dashboard gets updates at every milestone of your order.

• Order Handoff: All packages leave our Nagpur facility within 48hrs of production.

6. Order Verification Tools

How to Avoid Order Rejection:

Use Shiprocket’s PIN Code Checker to verify deliverability before accepting orders. It reduces failed deliveries by 92% .

3-Step Address Verification:

1. Go to Shiprocket PIN Checker
2. Enter customer PIN

7. Returns & Refunds

Return Policy:

We provide a transparent return process for defective items and RTO cases.

Return Instructions:

• Dashboard → Orders → "Raise Ticket"

Returns processed within 3–5 days after receipt. Replacements or refunds are applicable for physical damage or print defects only.

RTO Handling:

• 60-day free storage at Nagpur hub

Shipping to your location takes 7–15 days upon request.
