📦 AWB (Air Waybill)

A unique tracking number generated for every shipment. This allows both merchants and customers to track the shipping progress in real-time.

🧩 API (Application Programming Interface)

A set of tools that allows platforms like GetPrintX to connect with eCommerce stores for seamless automation, inventory sync, and order management.

🅱️ B

👕 Blank Product

A plain, unbranded product (e.g., t-shirt or hoodie) ready to be customized with your design before it is shipped to your customer.

🏷️ Branding (Free Branding)

Custom additions like neck labels and thank-you notes included with your order to enhance the customer experience. GetPrintX offers lifetime free branding on eligible orders.

📦 Bulk Order

An order consisting of large quantities (typically 50+ units) of a product. Bulk orders are eligible for volume discounts at GetPrintX.

🅲️ C

💰 COD (Cash on Delivery)

A payment option where the customer pays for the order at the time of delivery. GetPrintX currently does not offer COD; all orders must be prepaid.

👚 Crop Top

A style of short-length t-shirt, popular among women and youth segments. Printed using sublimation at GetPrintX.

💌 Custom Insert

Printed materials like thank-you notes or promotional cards added to packages. Included for free with qualifying orders.

🚚 Dispatch Time

The duration between order placement and the product being shipped. GetPrintX products are usually dispatched within 24 to 72 hours.

🎨 DTG (Direct-to-Garment Printing)

A digital printing method where the design is printed directly onto the fabric. Best suited for small orders with full-color artwork.

🧵 Embroidery

A technique where threads are stitched into the fabric to create a design. Commonly used on polos and caps for a professional look.

🛍️ Ecommerce Platform

A digital storefront where merchants sell their products. Examples include Shopify, WooCommerce, and Etsy.

📦 Forward Shipping

The initial delivery of the product from GetPrintX to the customer. Charges vary based on weight and delivery location.

🏭 Fulfillment

The complete process of receiving, processing, printing, packing, and shipping customer orders.

💸 GST (Goods and Services Tax)

A tax applicable to goods sold in India. GST is added to every order and is visible during checkout.

🖼️ Graphics File

Digital artwork submitted for printing. Preferred formats include PNG, JPEG, and vector files.

🧥 Hoodie

A popular cold-weather apparel product. GetPrintX offers customizable hoodies using DTG printing.

🔥 Heat Press

A machine that uses heat and pressure to transfer designs onto garments. Sometimes used in sublimation.

An online feature on GetPrintX that lets merchants calculate total pricing based on product, quantity, and delivery location.

🚛 Logistics Partner

Courier services like Delhivery, Bluedart, and DTDC that GetPrintX uses to ship your products.

❌ MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)

The minimum number of items required per order. GetPrintX has zero MOQ, allowing single-piece orders.

🖼️ Mockup Generator

A tool to preview how your design will look on various products before you place an order.

Custom branding placed on the inside neck area of apparel. Provided for free on eligible orders.

📊 Order Status

👕 Polo Shirt

A type of collared shirt commonly used for corporate branding. Usually embroidered.

💳 Prepaid Shipping

All GetPrintX orders must be prepaid, including shipping charges.

✅ Quality Check (QC)

A mandatory inspection process to ensure that products meet print and material standards before shipping.

📞 Quote Request

A merchant’s inquiry for a custom pricing breakdown based on product and volume.

🆁 R

🔁 RTO (Return to Origin)

When a parcel is undelivered and returned to GetPrintX. Often caused by incorrect addresses or customer refusal.

📦 Returns (Defective Items)

GetPrintX provides prepaid return labels for defective or misprinted products.

🔢 SKU (Stock Keeping Unit)

A unique code assigned to each product variant for inventory tracking.

🎽 Sublimation Printing

A method that uses heat to transfer dye into synthetic fabrics. Used on products like crop tops.

🏷️ Shipping Label

The printed label that contains the recipient's address and tracking number.

📡 XML Feed

A type of data feed that updates inventory and product details between platforms. Used in automation.

🆈 Y

🧵 Yarn Count

A measure of the thickness of yarn used in t-shirts and apparel. Affects softness and durability.

🆉 Z

🗺️ Zone-Wise Shipping

Shipping costs based on regions or zones. GetPrintX uses dynamic pricing based on delivery zones.
