For each order, you do not need to provide the design file to us. On Getprintx User Dashboard, under the Create Design , you can Create all of your printable designs. Here is information on how to get the design files ready for each product.
You can upload PNG and JPEG files. If the design is going to be printed on t-shirts, it has to be saved in PNG format with a transparent backdrop. If you didn’t, the printed t-shirt may appear odd, which might encourage people to buy more.
