1. Eligibility & Acceptance of Terms

To access and use the GetPrintX platform and Services, you must meet all of the following criteria:

1.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you may use the Services only under the direct supervision and with the express legal consent of a parent or legal guardian, who will be responsible for entering into binding contracts on your behalf.

In all cases, by using the platform, you affirm that you are over the age of 13. The GetPrintX platform is not intended for children under 13 years of age. If you are under 13, please do not use the Website or Services.

1.2 Legal Capacity

You must possess the legal capacity, either personally or through a parent or guardian, to enter into binding contracts under applicable Indian laws.

1.3 Agreement to Terms

By registering an account and using the Services, you (or your parent or legal guardian, where applicable) accept and agree to abide by these Terms, along with all policies and guidelines incorporated herein by reference.

GetPrintX reserves the right to refuse or revoke access to the Services to any person, at any time, for any reason.

2. Service Description & Scope

GetPrintX provides print-on-demand and order fulfilment services to sellers and merchants. Our core offerings include:

• Custom Product Creation: Sellers upload designs, which we print onto selected products.
• Order Fulfilment: We package and dispatch products on behalf of sellers to their end customers.
• Shipping & Delivery: Orders are shipped via our logistics partners in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

These Terms apply to all activities and transactions conducted through the GetPrintX platform and Services.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the GetPrintX platform, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

3.1 Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password, bank details, and contact information. You agree to notify GetPrintX immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account or any other security breach.

3.2 Prohibited Account Use

You are not authorised to use another person’s account without their express written permission. GetPrintX shall not be liable for losses caused by any unauthorised use of your account; however, you may be held liable for losses suffered by GetPrintX or others as a result of such unauthorised access.

3.3 Account Suspension & Termination

GetPrintX reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at its sole discretion if it suspects any misuse, fraud, violation of these Terms, or any activity that is detrimental to the platform or its users.

4. Website Use

4.1 Content & Intellectual Property

All content on the GetPrintX Website, including third-party materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws and is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from any Website content without prior written authorisation from GetPrintX.

4.2 Limited Licence

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Website for lawful personal use. This licence does not extend to resale, derivative use, or any commercial exploitation of Website content or Services.

4.3 Prohibited Conduct

When using the GetPrintX Website, you must not:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• Interfere with or disrupt other users’ access to or use of the Website
• Transmit spam, malicious software, or unsolicited commercial communications
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers, or any associated systems
• Reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit any content or Services without written permission

4.4 Third-Party Links

The Website may contain links to third-party websites. Such websites are not under the control or endorsement of GetPrintX, and we are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or functionality. Accessing third-party websites is at your own risk.

4.5 Customer Solicitation & Opt-Out

Unless you opt out, by placing an order or registering an account you consent to receiving promotional and transactional communications from GetPrintX or its authorised representatives. You may opt out at any time by:

5. Seller Responsibilities

As a seller using the GetPrintX platform, you are solely responsible for the following:

5.1 Accuracy of Information

You must ensure that all information provided during registration, order placement, and ongoing use of the platform is accurate, complete, and kept up to date.

5.2 Design & Print File Requirements

You are required to provide high-quality, print-ready artwork meeting the following specifications:

• Minimum resolution of 300 DPI for optimal print quality
• Apparel printing files must be submitted in PNG format only
• Designs must be submitted in RGB colour mode for accurate digital print colour reproduction
• Images are printed at the size they are provided. GetPrintX does not alter or resize print images to match mockup files

If a submitted design is found to have issues such as low resolution or an unwanted background, the order will be placed on hold and may incur an additional processing time of 2 to 3 business days. GetPrintX shall not be held liable for any degradation in print quality resulting from design-related issues.

5.3 Legal Compliance

You agree to comply with all relevant local, state, and international laws, including but not limited to intellectual property laws, consumer protection regulations, and applicable trade laws. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that all designs and products you sell are lawful and do not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

5.4 Prohibited Content

You may not upload, submit, or sell any content that:

• Infringes upon the intellectual property, trademark, or copyright rights of any third party
• Promotes or glorifies hate speech, violence, discrimination, or illegal activities
• Contains adult content, explicit imagery, nudity, sexual content, or suggestive themes
• Is defamatory, obscene, harassing, or offensive in nature
• Is prohibited by applicable law or deemed inappropriate for public distribution

5.5 File Storage

GetPrintX does not guarantee the permanent storage of seller files. We reserve the right to delete files associated with inactive accounts. An account may be deemed inactive if the seller has not recorded any sales in the preceding 18 months, or has not logged into their account for a period of 6 months or more.

6. Ownership & Intellectual Property

6.1 Seller Content

You retain full ownership of all designs and materials you upload to the GetPrintX platform. However, by using the Services, you grant GetPrintX a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display your designs solely for the purposes of fulfilling your orders, promoting your store, and marketing our Services.

6.2 GetPrintX Intellectual Property

All content on the GetPrintX Website, including but not limited to website design, logos, product mockups, and proprietary tools, is the exclusive intellectual property of GetPrintX (Lavissh, Proprietor) and may not be used, copied, or distributed without prior written permission.

6.3 Copyright Notice

In accordance with applicable copyright law, provisions for “fair use” may apply for purposes such as criticism, commentary, news reporting, education, scholarship, or research. Such use must be non-commercial in nature and strictly within the limits permitted by applicable law.

7. Orders & Fulfilment

7.1 Order Placement

Once your customer places an order through your GetPrintX-linked store, or you place an order directly through the GetPrintX dashboard, we will manage production and fulfilment based on the information you provide. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all order details, including design placement, size, and shipping information.

7.2 Automatic Adjustments

GetPrintX may make the following automatic adjustments to ensure successful fulfilment:

• If a design does not fit the specified dimensions, the print size may be increased by 0.5 to 1 inch accordingly
• If a design is incompatible with DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing, it may be automatically switched to DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing without prior notice

7.3 Order Confirmation & Changes

You will receive an order confirmation once your order is received and processed. Once an order has been taken into production, no changes or cancellations can be made. Once an apparel item has been printed, the corresponding order cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

7.4 Fulfilment Timeline

Our standard production time is 1 to 5 business days, depending on the product type and printing method selected. Shipping times vary based on destination and the shipping mode chosen at the time of order placement. GetPrintX is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier partners, lost packages, or damage occurring during transit.

7.5 Rush Orders

Rush order processing is available for eligible products. Please note the following conditions:

• All-Over Print (AOP) orders cannot be processed as rush orders. Any rush order fees paid for AOP orders are non-refundable
• In the event of a sudden surge in rush orders, same-day fulfilment will be prioritised. If same-day dispatch cannot be achieved for your order, the applicable rush order charges will be refunded

7.6 On-Hold Orders

If any issue arises with an order, its status will be updated to “On Hold”. In such cases, merchants are advised to contact our support team at +91 9404469099 or raise a support ticket linked to the specific order for resolution.

8. Pricing, Payments & Billing

8.1 Service Pricing

The cost of GetPrintX services is displayed on the platform and may be updated from time to time. You will be notified of any pricing changes via email or through your dashboard.

8.2 Advance Payment

All orders must be paid in full prior to production commencing. To place orders, you must maintain a wallet balance equal to or greater than the total amount due. GetPrintX accepts Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Wallet payments. All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

8.3 Wallet & COD Remittances

Cash on Delivery (COD) remittances are received by GetPrintX from courier partners approximately 3 to 4 business days after delivery. Once received, funds are credited to the merchant’s wallet and can be transferred to the registered bank account every Friday via a single-click payout.

8.4 GST Invoicing

GST invoices are dispatched to the merchant’s registered email address during the first week of the following month. If any corrections are required, the merchant must notify GetPrintX within 3 days of receipt. It is the merchant’s responsibility to ensure that GST registration details and bank account information are accurately maintained in the “My Account” section.

8.5 Address Correction Fees

In the event of a shipping address modification after order placement, courier partners may impose a correction fee ranging from ₹50 to ₹100, which will be deducted from the merchant’s account balance.

8.6 Tax Responsibility

As the seller, you are solely responsible for the collection, reporting, and remittance of all applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), duties, and other levies on the sale of your products. GetPrintX provides tools to assist in estimating tax liability, but recommends consulting a qualified tax advisor for guidance specific to your situation.

9. Shipping & Delivery

GetPrintX ships all orders through Shiprocket, our primary logistics partner, which aggregates India’s leading courier services. All domestic consignments are handed over to Shiprocket within the committed dispatch window. Post-dispatch delivery timelines are governed by courier operations and may vary by destination.

9.1 Domestic Shipping

Domestic orders within India are generally delivered within 4 to 9 business days from dispatch, subject to the shipping mode selected and the delivery location. Delays arising from natural events, disruptions, or courier partner operations are outside GetPrintX’s control.

9.2 International Shipping

Delivery timelines and costs for international orders vary by destination. You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or levies applicable to international shipments.

9.3 Order Tracking

Tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. Please note that certain courier providers, including India Post, may not consistently update their tracking systems. In such instances, GetPrintX adheres to the shipping partner’s official records as the final reference.

9.4 Shipping Errors

If a delivery fails or is delayed due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the seller or merchant, the seller will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred.

9.5 Rush & Priority Shipping

Rush Shipping (Before 10 AM dispatch) is available as an optional service at the time of order placement. All standard orders are shipped on a priority basis; however, the priority sequence is determined at the sole discretion of GetPrintX.

9.6 Merchant Courier Accounts

GetPrintX supports merchants who wish to use their own courier accounts. Merchants may upload their own shipment labels at the time of order placement. Both Prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) options are available, subject to logistics partner availability at the destination pin code.

10. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

10.1 Return Policy

Custom-printed products are not eligible for returns unless the issue arises from a manufacturing defect or fulfilment error on the part of GetPrintX. Size exchanges and general returns or exchanges are the seller’s responsibility; such orders must be resubmitted and paid for by the seller.

10.2 RTO (Return to Origin)

If an order is undeliverable, it will be returned to the GetPrintX Returns Warehouse in Nagpur, Maharashtra. Common reasons for RTO include:

• Customer unreachable or not available at the time of delivery
• Incorrect, incomplete, or unserviceable delivery address
• COD payment amount unavailable at the time of delivery
• Customer refusal to accept the order
• Premises found closed or self-pickup requested

Reshipping and handling charges apply to all RTO orders. For RTO orders containing multiple products, reshipping must be processed as a single consolidated shipment. GetPrintX will not reship items individually.

10.3 RTO Storage & Disposal

GetPrintX provides complimentary storage of RTO items for a period of 60 to 90 days from the date of return. During this period, you may arrange to:

• Reship the item to the same or an updated delivery address
• Have the item delivered to your own registered address (expected delivery: 7 to 15 business days)

After the applicable storage period, unclaimed items will be donated to charity or disposed of responsibly, at GetPrintX’s discretion.

10.4 Reshipment Process

To arrange reshipment, navigate to: Dashboard > RTO > Select Order > Checkout for Reshipment.

• RTO Handling Fee: Applicable GST per item plus a per-item handling fee
• Shipping Fee: Reverse shipping charge plus forward shipping charge

10.5 Refunds

Refunds are issued exclusively in cases of defective products or errors attributable to GetPrintX. To request a refund, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery and provide video evidence clearly demonstrating the defect or error. GetPrintX reserves the right to assess all refund claims at its discretion.

10.6 Order Cancellations

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. GetPrintX may cancel orders at its discretion for reasons including payment failure, violation of these Terms, or suspected fraudulent activity.

10.7 Lost or Damaged Packages

In the event of a package being lost or damaged during transit, compensation shall be limited to the declared order value, as that is the maximum amount claimable from the logistics partner. The order value must be equal to or greater than the invoice value to qualify for compensation. GetPrintX shall not be held liable for losses caused by third-party courier partners.

11. Product Quality & Tolerance Levels

The following quality and tolerance standards apply to all GetPrintX products:

• Garment Measurements: All garment measurements are subject to a dimensional tolerance of ±0.5 inches, which is considered within acceptable industry limits
• Fabric Shrinkage: Due to the natural characteristics of cotton, minor shrinkage of up to 2 to 3% after the first wash is expected and is within internationally accepted standards
• Fabric GSM: A fabric GSM (grams per square metre) tolerance of ±5% is considered acceptable and within industry norms

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

All Services and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GetPrintX (including its proprietor, employees, affiliates, agents, and business partners) expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of Website content
• Uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Website or Services
• Outcomes or results from use of our Services or products

GetPrintX also disclaims liability for the following:

• Errors or inaccuracies in content published on the Website
• Personal injury or property damage resulting from access to or use of the Website
• Unauthorised access to secure servers or stored personal and financial information
• Interruptions in transmission to or from the Website
• Bugs, viruses, or malicious code transmitted through the Website by third parties
• Loss or damage arising from reliance on any content available through the Website

GetPrintX does not endorse or take responsibility for any products or services advertised by third parties on the Website or through linked platforms. We are not responsible for monitoring transactions between users and third-party providers.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GetPrintX’s total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to GetPrintX for the specific order giving rise to the claim (excluding shipping charges). GetPrintX shall not be liable for:

• Inability to access or use the Website or Services
• The cost of procuring replacement products or services
• Lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GetPrintX (Lavissh, Proprietor) and its affiliates, agents, employees, and business partners from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and legal expenses (including reasonable solicitor fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your breach of any provision of these Terms
• Your misuse of the Website, platform, or Services
• Your violation of any intellectual property, privacy, or other third-party rights
• Any content or designs you submit to the platform

GetPrintX reserves the right to assume exclusive control over the defence of any matter subject to indemnification by you, at our own cost, using legal counsel of our choosing.

15. Termination of Services

15.1 Termination by Seller

You may close your account and terminate your use of the Services at any time. Any pending orders must be fulfilled and any outstanding payments must be settled before termination takes effect. Any pending wallet balance will be transferred to your registered account or UPI ID, net of applicable payment gateway charges.

15.2 Termination by GetPrintX

GetPrintX reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive activity, or misuse the platform in any way. No refunds shall be issued in such cases. These Terms remain enforceable following any termination.

16. General Terms

16.1 Force Majeure

GetPrintX shall not be held responsible for any delays, interruptions, or failures to perform its obligations resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, pandemic, government actions, strikes, or technical failures. In exceptional circumstances, GetPrintX reserves the right to cancel affected orders, with prior notice provided to the merchant before cancellation.

16.2 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India. Where arbitration is elected, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

16.3 Statute of Limitations

Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to your use of the Website or these Terms must be filed within one (1) year of the date on which the claim arose. Claims filed after this period shall be permanently barred.

16.4 Waiver of Class Actions

All disputes must be resolved on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration proceedings in connection with any claim arising under these Terms.

16.5 Waiver & Severability

Failure by GetPrintX to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16.6 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with all policies and guidelines incorporated herein by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and GetPrintX regarding your use of the Website and Services, and supersede all prior communications, representations, and agreements.

16.7 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of GetPrintX. GetPrintX may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.

16.8 Domestic Use

The Website is primarily intended for use by merchants and customers based in India. Users accessing the Website from outside India are responsible for compliance with all applicable local and international laws.

16.9 Cessation of Operations

GetPrintX reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently cease the Website or any of its Services at any time, with or without prior notice.

17. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of the GetPrintX platform and Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Services, you agree to the collection, use, and protection of your personal data as described in the GetPrintX Privacy Policy, available at getprintx.com.
