Design needs to be atleast 150 DPI
For tshirts Design files needs to be of .png format only. For Mobile case, Jpeg are also accepted
If there are issue in the design, for example low resolution design, design with background, order will be put on hold and it will take again 2-3 days to process the order.
If due to design there are any print quality issue, we wont be responsible for the same.
RGB filed is prefered, as RGB color mode is best for digital work.

Reshipping and handling charges are applicable for all RTO order(order status - RTO received
For any kind of defect in product immidiate exchange is provided from our side.
We keep all RTO orders for 45 days, after that these RTO orders are either donated or Reshipped to your address
RTO orders with multiple products needs to be shipped in the same bundle. We wont be able to ship them individually.
All products exchange cost will be debited from your account. New order placement is required.
Tolerance Level in Getprintx Garments
Measurement of Getprintx garments has +/- 0.5-inch tolerance in nature and it is accepted level.
Getprintx cotton by nature will always shrink in the first wash, Internationally the acceptable level of shrinkage is not beyond 1-2%
5% (+) or (-) GSM of the fabric tolerance is accepted level.

All orders are shipped on priority(48-72 hours). But if you still need an urgent shipping you can use Rush Shipping service.
Tshirts once printed can not be cancelled.
If there is any issue with the order. Order status will be changed to On-Hold, You can get in touch with us via Support ticket system
For any kind of delay or issues you can create a ticket against the same order, via support ticket system
Any kind of Shipment RTO (Customer refuses, missing shipping information ) Dropshipping merchant will be charged the RTO . Getprintx is not responsible for RTO,However, we assure we will take our best of efforts to get all orders delivered.
Getprintx allows you to have your own courier account and upload the shipment labels while placing the orders.
We offer Prepaid and COD order both, depends on shipping providers. COD remittance in wallet on the date of delivery (It will be transferable to the bank account in 4-5 business working days only in one single click).
Shipping priority is decided by us right now

COD remittances take approximately 5 to 6 days to arrive in our bank accounts from the courier companies and are transferred to your account on every Friday after we receive it.
We accepts payment online or via UPI (Recharge wallet option available.
If you place any COD order as prepaid, We wont be able to modify the payment method at the time of delivery
If there is any modification of shipping address, Delivery companies charges Rs 50-100 for shipping details modification, to be debited by your account
We email GST invoices to you first week of the succeeding month, Any correction required please email us back in 3 days.(GST and Bank Deatils information need to be updated on my account section )
Getprintx offers both prepaid and Cash on Delivery courier services to all pin codes in India. Charges for remote areas which can be served only through India Post will be higher and will be deducted accordingly.
